A freelancer marketplace, with backing from IDEO CoLab. Where the freelancers on the platform own the network itself.

Most freelancer marketplaces charge big fees to place skilled resources with companies in need. Braintrust leans on the freelancers to govern the network, which includes only inviting collegues they would recommend.

Concept designs for browsing a freelancer profile on a smartphone. Although, the MVP was desktop only, we wanted to do some exploration around presenting this information clearly when on the go.
